Présentation
Parrotta Contemporary Art ist eine Galerie für zeitgenössische Kunst junger und bereits etablierter Künstler. Sie eröffnete im September 2007 in der Augustenstraße in Stuttgart West mit einer post-industriellen Ausstellungshalle von 400 qm und einem Projektraum in der Brunnenstraße in Berlin Mitte. Das internationale Programm der Galerie beschränkt sich nicht auf einzelne Medien. In Gruppen- und Einzelausstellungen werden aktuelle Tendenzen der Malerei, Fotografie, Video, Skulptur, Installation, Grafik und Performance gezeigt. Stets haben sich die künstlerischen Arbeiten, sowohl in Stuttgart als auch in Berlin, einer sehr spezifischen Raumsituation zu stellen. Der programmatische Schwerpunkt

Wendy Ewald 'Secret Games' - Collaboration with Children
With »Secret Games« the Gallery Parrotta presents the first exhibition of the 1951 born American photographer, conceptual and video artist Wendy Ewald in Germany. For more than thirty years Wendy Ewald gives cameras to children, to work together with them, documenting and bringing out their dreams, fears and experiences of their daily life in pictures and words.
