Présentation
Young and established, experimental and traditional, new discoveries and masters of the photographic medium: For 4 years we have been building our programme successfully around these important pillars of photographic based art. On the one hand, we represent old masters of photography, who set the path for the wide acceptance of photography as an independent art form. On the other, we represent contemporary artists, who are treading on new artistic ground, working in dialogue to the past and a wider contemporary art practice.

We are thrilled to announce that Galley f5,6 in Munich is the first European Gallery to show one of the most genial and extraordinary 1960's German photographers specialising in portraiture: Lothar Wolleh (born 1930, died 1979)

Galerie f5,6 is proud to announce an exhibition with internationally renowned German photographer Olaf Otto Becker (born 1959, Travemünde, Germany). The works are from his new series Broken Line, (published by Hatje Cantz). This publication was awarded with the German Photo book prize 2008.
