The visions developed take the viewer into a unique path of real and imaginary scenes of Italy, presenting a selection of vintage and modern prints of masters of Italian photography such as Gianni Berengo Gardin and his humorous, witty views of Venice and other magnificent locations; Mario Giacomelli, with his unique, interpretation of Italy through poetry; Piergiorgio Branzi, with his superb use of very contrasted black and white; the war scenery built by Paolo Ventura, suspended between reality and fiction; the dreamy atmosphere of Lorenzo Cicconi Massi, a talented photographer and movie director. |
